An upstream provider has identified a fiber cut as the cause of the intermittent network issues in the Spokane, WA area.

The upstream provider has dispatched a team to assess and address the damage. At this time, there is still no estimated time for resolution (ETR).

The upstream provider's team is now on-site and actively working to repair the fiber cut causing the intermittent network issues in the Spokane, WA area.

The damage has been isolated to a cable in Ellensburg. According to the construction team:

- The splicer has an ETA of 1 hour.

- The rest of the crew has an ETA of 2.5 hours.

- There is still no estimated time for resolution (ETR) at this time. We will continue to provide updates as progress is made.

We are seeing light on the port again as of 04:40:00 PST, traffic resuming. We have not been given the all-clear from upstream fiber repair teams yet, so it is possible that this connection may still flap/fluctuate.
