Abstract
HOSTCOIN (HSC) is the native utility token of the Entexion managed web hosting platform. It is implemented as a Solana SPL token with a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 (one billion) HSC, of which the mint authority has been permanently and irrevocably disabled.
HSC serves four primary functions within the Entexion ecosystem: (1) as a payment instrument for hosting services, (2) as a cashback reward issued to clients after invoice settlement, (3) as a staking asset that unlocks discount tiers on services, and (4) as a governance token enabling holders to vote on platform decisions.
This document outlines the full token architecture, allocation, vesting schedule, utility model, and the phased roadmap from devnet deployment through mainnet migration and DEX listing.

The mint authority was disabled immediately after the initial minting of 1,000,000,000 HSC. This is a one-way, on-chain operation โ it is cryptographically impossible to re-enable minting. The fixed supply is verifiable by any party via the Solana Explorer or any SPL token explorer.
Token Utility
1. Payment
Clients may pay Entexion hosting invoices directly using HSC. The exchange rate is fetched in real-time from the Jupiter Aggregator price API, converting the USD invoice amount to the equivalent HSC quantity at the time of payment. Once an on-chain transaction is confirmed, the invoice is marked paid automatically.
2. Cashback Rewards
After each invoice is settled (via any payment method), the platform automatically issues a cashback percentage in HSC to the client's wallet. The cashback rate is determined by the client's service tier and cumulative spend. Cashback is drawn from the Ecosystem / Payments allocation (40% of supply, held in treasury).
3. Staking & Discounts
Clients who stake HSC against their account unlock hosting discount tiers. Staked tokens remain under the client's control via an Anchor smart contract; they are not transferred to Entexion. Discount tiers are enforced on-chain via snapshot at billing time. Unstaking is subject to a cooldown period.
4. Governance
HSC holders may vote on platform decisions including feature prioritisation, pricing structure changes, and protocol parameters. Voting weight is proportional to HSC balance at the snapshot block. Governance is implemented via on-chain snapshot voting (Anchor program), with results published to the Entexion governance portal.
Tokenomics
Total supply of 1,000,000,000 HSC is distributed across five allocations designed to balance long-term ecosystem sustainability with fair public access.
Held in the Entexion treasury. Used to fund client cashback rewards, referral payouts, hosting credits, and ecosystem incentive programs. This is the largest allocation, reflecting the primary utility of HSC as a reward instrument within the platform.
Reserved for the initial DEX offering (IDO) on Raydium or a comparable Solana DEX. The IDO price, timing, and structure will be announced via the Entexion blog and to registered clients in advance of launch.
Allocated to founding team members subject to a 2-year vesting schedule with a 6-month cliff. No team tokens are liquid until 6 months after the mainnet launch date. This structure aligns long-term incentives.
Dedicated pool for automated referral commission payouts in HSC and long-term loyalty rewards for high-value clients. Disbursed programmatically by the platform rewards engine on each qualifying event.
Reserved for DEX liquidity pool seeding (Raydium / Orca AMM), exchange listing requirements, and strategic reserve. Ensures sufficient liquidity depth at launch and provides a buffer for unexpected operational needs.
Vesting Schedule
| Allocation | Cliff | Vesting | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ecosystem / Payments | None | Continuous release | Disbursed on cashback/reward events |
| Public Sale / IDO | None | Immediate at IDO | Purchasers receive tokens at IDO close |
| Team / Founders | 6 months | 24 months linear | Post-mainnet launch date |
| Referral & Loyalty Pool | None | Event-triggered | Released per qualifying referral/payment event |
| Reserve / Liquidity | None | As needed | Controlled by multi-sig treasury |

Security Considerations
Fixed Supply: The mint authority is disabled on-chain. This is a permanent, irreversible action. No party โ including Entexion โ can create additional HSC tokens. This is verifiable on-chain by any observer.
Treasury Control: The treasury wallet holding all 1B HSC is controlled by the Entexion founding team. Future phases will transition treasury control to a multi-signature wallet requiring multiple approvals for any disbursement.
Staking (Phase 4): The planned Anchor staking contract is non-custodial โ staked tokens remain in a PDA (Program Derived Address) owned by the staking program, not by Entexion. Only the staker can unstake their tokens.
Payment Verification: HSC invoice payments are verified on-chain before the invoice is marked paid. The platform checks the transaction signature, confirms the recipient address, token amount, and block confirmation count before updating the invoice status.
