1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Entexion's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Entexion provides managed web hosting services, including but not limited to server management, security monitoring, backups, and technical support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Spam, phishing, or any form of unsolicited communications
  • Hosting malicious software, viruses, or malware
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Engaging in activities that compromise server security or stability

4. Payment Terms

All hosting plans are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the anniversary date of your service activation. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods as specified. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, network failures, or third-party service disruptions.

6. Data Backup and Recovery

While we perform regular backups as part of our managed hosting services, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We are not liable for data loss, regardless of cause.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of these terms or for any activity that threatens the security or stability of our infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entexion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our service dashboard. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
